Bonsai Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team in the Manchester, NJ area. As a home health therapist, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their own homes, providing personalized care and support.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with the geriatric population, but new grads are also encouraged to apply. We offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose your hours and caseload based on your needs.
In this role, you will assess patients' conditions, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress. You will work closely with patients to understand their needs and goals, and develop effective strategies to achieve them.
Key Responsibilities:

What We Look For:
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working with the geriatric population (new grads welcome)
- Comfortable seeing patients in their homes
- Availability to work 3 weekdays and a minimum of 12.5 hours per week
