Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team at our cleaning supply store front. As the Retail Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the store manager in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained appropriately
- Help create and implement store policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Assist with training and developing staff members
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
