Bonsai Cleaning Supplies, a premium American-made cleaning products company, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations in our warehouse while ensuring a clean, organized, and clutter-free environment across all areas, including the storefront and office.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, Pack, and Ship Orders: Accurately select products, pack orders securely, and prepare them for shipping.
Assemble Goods: Assist in assembling product kits, ensuring all products meet quality standards before shipping.
Inventory Management: Conduct monthly inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies to ensure proper stock control.
Shipping Coordination: Utilize Shopify to navigate and print shipping labels while securing the best shipping rates for customer orders.
Warehouse Organization and Cleanliness:
Keep the warehouse clean, clutter-free, and well-organized, ensuring that workspaces and storage areas are tidy and safe.
Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash.
Storefront and Office Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storefront and office areas, ensuring an inviting and professional appearance for staff and visitors.
Monitor and restock office and storefront supplies as needed.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all warehouse and facility activities adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a warehouse management or similar role.
Proficiency in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Experience maintaining cleanliness and organization in a professional setting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
Knowledge of shipping carriers and best practices for cost-effective shipping.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
