What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Beautician position at Bonterra Transitional Care and Rehabilitation?
This position
is responsible for providing hair services at least two days a week for the residents. We are looking for a motivated individual who is comfortable working in a long-term care facility with a diverse clientele. Working as contract
services, and making a positive difference in someone's day. o
Current and unrestricted Georgia Master cosmetologist license. o Provides
satisfactory professional haircare services for patients/ residents regarding
hair care services and needs. o
Cosmetology liability insurance. o
Pass a federal background check. o
Fully vaccinated or religious/ medically exempt form. o Responsible for performing beautician services to both female and male residents
of the facility. o
Maintain records for all chemical services. o
Maintains the salon and equipment in a sanitary, neat manner. o Effectively communicate with families and residents regarding hair care services
and needs. o Promote
good public relations for the facility while interacting with residents,
partners, and families. Must relate
well with seniors and be comfortable in a healthcare environment. Job Summary:
