As a Receptionist/Secretary at our architecture firm, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing administrative support to our team. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will contribute to maintaining a welcoming and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and contractors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
