Washes/cleans glassware, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils and supplies. Ensures dish room and cleaned dishes, glasses, etc. are organized and easy to locate. Supports other areas as assigned with basic responsibilities such as cleaning and replenishing supplies.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Job Functions:
- Dishwashing including pots, pans, glassware and silverware.
- Cleaning the kitchen and taking out the trash. Rinsing Garbage Cans Nightly.
- Sweeping and Mopping the Floors.
- Unloading and Storing Deliveries.
- All other kitchen tasks as skill and time allow. (Dishwashers under 18 are not allowed to take on additional responsibilities in the kitchen).
- Proper personal hygiene
Physical Requirements of the Dishwasher Position:
- Withstand temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit or less and 100 degrees Fahrenheit or greater for periods of 30 minutes or more.
- Move 50 lbs. distances of up to 100 ft.
- Understand and respond to e verbal requests and visual cues in a loud and extremely busy environment.
- Must be able to walk and stand for periods up to 5 hours.
Education Requirements:
None. Employees under 18 years of age must provide working papers to be considered for employment.
Salary Range:
- $15.50 – $17.00 per hour
