Responsible for developing, growing, monitoring, and maintaining a loan and deposit portfolio. Interviews applicants for all commercial loans, including but not limited to commercial & industrial, real estate construction and term loans, and working capital lines of credit. Submits loan request to credit administration with approval, structure, and pricing recommendations. Informs prospective borrower of loan commitment, assists in providing necessary documentation to Loan Administration, and facilitates the loan closing. Calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business and / or increase or retain existing business. Has no lending authority. Has some overdraft authority.
Job Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good interpersonal communication and computer skills
- In good standing with NMLS.
