What You'll Do :

The Regional Account Manager plays a pivotal role within retail chains driving growth for Boochcraft. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, this position is responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and executing brand strategies within their designated region. The Regional Account Manager collaborates closely with internal teams and distributor partners to maximize market share and achieve organizational objectives.

  • Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within regional grocery chains, convenience stores, liquor stores, and other retail outlets.
  • Drive new business initiatives to secure incremental distribution and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align regional account strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights.
  • Execute retail marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Coordinate with distributors and Boocraft sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans at the store level.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the Vice President of Sales in implementing pricing strategies and promotional programs to drive sales and increase profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for business reviews and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of new product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • What You'll Need :

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience within the beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and managing regional accounts.
  • Experience selling to local, regional, and national grocery chains in Southern California.
  • Experience working with 7-Eleven and their SoCal Franchise Owners Associations. Experience with AM / PM, ExtraMile, and Anabi Oil is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of category management principles, sales analytics, and retail trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in consumer-packaged goods sales.
  • The Nitty Gritty :

  • Reports To : Vice President of Sales.
  • Location : SoCal.
  • Status : Full-time, exempt.
  • Compensation : Competitive salary $75,000 - $80,000 plus bonus plan based on depletion and distribution growth in assigned chains.
  • Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package including reimbursement for travel expenses, health, vision, dental insurance, and 401k matching.
  • Travel : Regular travel within the designated region is required, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Schedule : Primarily Monday-Friday, with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends as needed to accommodate business requirements.
