What are the responsibilities and job description for the Provider Partnerships Strategist- Boohoff Law position at Boohoff Law P.A.?
Provider Partnerships Strategist - Boohoff Law
Be the face of our firm to the people who help our clients heal.
Boohoff Law keeps growing rapidly — and we’re building a focused team of professionals to help expand our provider referral network. As a Provider Partnerships Strategist, you'll be the face of Boohoff Law to our provider partners and play a key role in strengthening our relationships with medical providers.
This role is ideal for someone with presence, polish, and people skills — someone who knows how to walk into a room and leave a lasting impression. If you’re comfortable connecting with physicians, making deals happen, and being the face of something bigger, this is for you.
Due to consistently high interest in this role — largely because of the strong base salary and unlimited performance-based earning potential — we’re opening just a select handful of spots for a new class. Hiring will be finalized within the next 4 weeks. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment, this is it.
What You'll Do:
• Build and manage strong relationships with medical providers — because trusted connections lead to consistent referrals.
• Identify new partnership opportunities that benefit both sides — when providers win, so do we.
• Use market insights to shape strategy and spot referral growth opportunities.
• Conduct in-person visits — because relationships are built face-to-face, not over emails.
• Ensure our provider network feels supported — because great service keeps them sending patients our way.
• You'll be the face of Boohoff Law to our provider partners.
You’ll Fit In Here If:
• You’ve worked in healthcare business development or provider relations, especially in the Personal Injury space — and know how to grow a network with trust.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or the kind of experience that speaks louder than a diploma).
• You’re confident using data and market insights to make smart decisions.
• You thrive at networking events and community outreach, because real relationships build real referrals.
• You’re sharp, resourceful, and professional — the kind of person others naturally want to work with.
• You know your way around medical and legal terms, or you’re ready to learn fast.
• Bilingual? Even better — it helps us connect with more people and serve better.
• You take ownership, move fast, and follow through — because that’s how leaders here are made.
