Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, driving online visibility, and increasing engagement for our student housing and multifamily properties. You will play a critical role in managing our digital presence across a variety of platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and more, while ensuring campaigns are aligned with our business objectives. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also support the creation of SEO-optimized content and leverage data insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertising Campaign Management:
Lead and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Spotify, and Hulu to promote our student housing and multifamily properties.
Budget Management:
Oversee and optimize an advertising budget of up to $1 million, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive the highest return on investment (ROI) for property marketing efforts.
Website Updates:
Regularly update and maintain our WordPress websites for individual properties, ensuring pages are current, engaging, and optimized for conversions.
Event & Conversion Tracking:
Configure and manage event and conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, ensuring the accuracy of our data collection and helping to improve campaign performance.
Content Curation:
Collaborate with creative teams to curate compelling content for advertising campaigns across digital channels, ensuring the messaging resonates with target audiences such as students, parents, and prospective residents.
Campaign Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze campaign performance based on user intent, remarketing opportunities, and geolocation data to drive optimal results, including increased inquiries, leases, and brand awareness.
SEO Content Support:
Work with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content, property descriptions, social media content, and other marketing materials to boost organic traffic and improve online rankings for properties.
Performance Reporting:
Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
Industry Trends & Strategy:
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, particularly in the real estate and property management sectors, to ensure Book & Ladder’s marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising, SEO, and content creation. Experience in real estate or property management marketing is a plus but not necessary.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms. Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar tools is highly preferred.
SEO Expertise:
Solid understanding of SEO best practices, especially as they pertain to the real estate and property management industry.
Analytical Abilities:
Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and reach key business objectives.
Content Creation & Marketing:
Demonstrated ability to curate content that speaks to both student and multifamily housing audiences. Creative yet data-driven.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and effectively present campaign results.
Project Management:
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
