We are seeking an experienced and motivated Portfolio Manager to join our team at Book & Ladder in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on overseeing and optimizing the performance of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. As the Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of assigned properties while ensuring the long-term success of our investments.
Key Responsibilities
As a Portfolio Manager, you will oversee the financial and operational performance of a diverse real estate portfolio, working closely with property managers to align operations with ownership goals. Your role involves analyzing financial data, preparing investor reports, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and value-add improvements. You will act as the owner’s representative, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance, and operational efficiency across all properties, while proactively documenting incidents and liabilities. Additionally, you’ll conduct site visits, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all assets adhere to local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborating with internal teams, you will provide strategic oversight throughout the entire investment lifecycle to maximize returns and enhance asset performance.
