Summary:
The Creative team is looking for a Social Media Video Producer to join our group! In this role, you’ll support our social content efforts by providing creative direction to our Freelance Content Creators to ensure high quality content across our social platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram. You’ll concept, review, edit and produce short form video for paid and organic channels. What you’ll do…
- Direct, edit and provide short form social video feedback to our team of content creators.
- Distill concepts into a brief and break down film sequences to convey goals and direction for creators to execute on.
- Ensure social reels are as high performing as possible while staying on-brief and on-brand.
- Develop a strategy to optimize content across different channels.
- Analyze and synthesize learnings to apply to future concepts and elevate BOTM platforms over time.
- Maintain BOTM’s brand integrity and authenticity on social channels.
- Iterate quickly through multiple rounds of feedback.
- Work collaboratively across in-house creative team, marketing team and content creators.
What you should have…
- 3 years of relevant professional experience creating and refining content that maintains a distinctive style.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining creative integrity.
- Deep knowledge of the social landscape and awareness of current and emerging trends.
- Knowledge of social platforms and how to optimize content across each channel.
- Experience translating qualitative learnings into action.
- The ability to edit is nice to have.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
