Role Description :

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Senior Front End Developer to join our growing team in Austin. As a Senior Front End Developer, you will not only translate design concepts into responsive, user-friendly interfaces but also leverage AI tools to enhance your coding process, drive efficiency, and explore new ways to create seamless, high-performance web applications. Collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers, you will help shape the future of our product while embracing cutting-edge technologies to accelerate development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Translate business requirements and technical specifications into intuitive, responsive, and adaptive user interfaces.
  • Integrate AI-driven solutions into the frontend development process, using AI for code optimization, testing, and performance enhancements.
  • Ensure delivered solutions are user-friendly, scalable, maintainable, and ready for future AI integration.
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers to create seamless, end-to-end features.
  • Participate in brainstorming and innovation sessions to explore how AI can improve user experience, speed up development, and solve complex challenges.
  • Engage in continuous learning, experimenting with AI technologies and exploring new ways to incorporate them into your work.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • 7 years of experience working with modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience in developing responsive websites and web applications and ensuring compatibility with a wide range of modern desktop and mobile browsers.
  • Experience with debugging, and performance optimization of React applications.
  • Experience with one or more CSS preprocessors (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Sass, LESS).
  • Experience with one or more CSS frameworks (e.g., Twitter Bootstrap, MUI).
  • Experience with using one of the test automation frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with Agile / SCRUM development methodology and tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Understanding of REST / HTTP / JWT technologies.
  • Experience with promises, asynchronous requests.
  • Experience with full-stack application development is a plus, willingness to understand and debug the system end-to-end is required.
  • Proficiency in Git version control.
  • Experience with code review systems as an author and reviewer, properly providing and reacting to feedback.
  • Experience in providing estimates and adhering to those estimates.
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
