- Itinerary Planning: Design detailed travel itineraries that include flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursions based on client preferences and requirements. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in itinerary planning and booking processes
- Booking Management: Utilize industry-leading booking platforms and reservation systems to secure flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services for clients. Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and payments to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and beyond. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to enhance the overall travel experience and exceed client expectations
