What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate General Counsel position at Bookman Consulting?
Our client is a large conglomerate with multiple lines of business that's growing quickly with great people and excellent resources. They're currently looking for an attorney to join the team who will handle a wide variety of legal matters, with heavy focus on litigation and arbitration.
Associate General Counsel (on site - Vegas):
- Must be fully licensed in NV, and in good standing
- Must have strong experience in litigation
- Preferably defense side, but plaintiff may also work
- Should have good experience with General Liability and Arbitration
- Must be willing to do some minimal travel to Reno
- Must be willing to be truly hands on at all levels
- Salary is likely to be $180k-$200k base discretionary bonus, benefits, etc
This position is a key in the growth of our client, and will impact operations day 1. Our client is growing quickly, and looking for a hands-on, ego-free, attorney to join the team.
