What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate General Counsel position at Bookman Consulting?
Our client is a large conglomerate with multiple lines of business that's growing quickly with great people and excellent resources. They're currently looking for an attorney to join the team who has strong experience in the construction industry, specifically working with government entities, utilities companies, and the like.
Associate General Counsel (on site - Santa Fe Springs/LA):
- Must be fully licensed in CA, and in good standing
- Must have strong experience in construction working with government entities, utilities companies, etc
- Must have strong experience in arbitration, litigation, contract review, and outside counsel management
- Must be willing to be truly hands on at all levels
- Salary is likely to be $190k-$230k base bonus, benefits, etc
