Our client is a well-established multi-entity conglomerate. They're looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (this is an on-site / internal recruiting position). Here's a quick run-down of the role itself, and then a bit more about the company at the bottom.
This is a role for experienced TA Specialists only You must be local and be willing to be on-site.
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Santa Fe Springs - On Site) :
- Must have experience working on a wide variety of roles / industries
- Must have excellent communication and time management skills
- Must have experience with all facets of full-cycle recruiting
- Must have experience interfacing with / managing an ATS / CRM
- This is a new role, and a stand alone position
- Will have a high level of impact day one!!
- Salary is likely $80k-$90k on the base bonus, benefits and PTO
This position will be a key member of the team day 1, and will be working with the executive leadership to implement the vision / strategy of the company. This is a fun and fast-paced environment with a lot of opportunity to make an immediate impact.
