Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in forming, placing, and finishing concrete. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing quality work. You'll be working with an experienced team in a supportive environment that feels like family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place, level, smooth, and finish concrete using hand tools, floats, trowels, and power tools
- Set up and break down forms, molds, and other structures as needed
- Work closely with foremen and pump operators to ensure job site efficiency
- Ensure finishes meet job specs and quality standards
- Perform basic site prep, clean-up, and concrete maintenance when required
- Mix and apply concrete as needed, ensuring proper consistency
- Follow all safety guidelines and best practices on job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete finishing
- Skilled in smoothing, edging, jointing, and troweling concrete
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
