Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Concrete Foreman with 10 years of experience who knows concrete inside and out. This role is perfect for someone who can lead a crew, solve problems in real time, and communicate well with both team members and clients. You'll be reporting directly to the Concrete Division Director, and play a vital role in project success from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage concrete crews on a variety of job sites
- Coordinate with pump operators, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure smooth communication with both B2B clients and end customers — top-tier customer service is a must
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and scopes of work
- Oversee scheduling, materials, quality control, and crew efficiency
- Troubleshoot challenges on the job site and keep things moving
- Train and mentor team members with a focus on safety and productivity
- Maintain a professional, respectful work environment
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to project specifications and schematics
