Responsibilities:

• Perform modern and classic haircuts, fades, and beard designs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from the moment clients walk through the door.
• Actively participate in workshops and training programs.
• Promote additional products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barber or stylist (minimum 2 years).
• Valid barber or cosmetology license in New York.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Commitment to punctuality, responsibility, and service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.85 - $28.64 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
