YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As our Food Service Manager, you play a key role in our restaurant's daily successful operations. You make sure that all aspects of our guests' experiences are flawless from beginning to end. Leading by example, you coach your team on the best ways to serve our customers and keep them coming back again and again.
When you're not interacting with customers, you're helping with tasks such as organizing shifts and creating new policies to help maintain and improve our operations. You manage our profit and losses (P&L) and come up with ideas to increase our profitability and meet our financial goals. You love overcoming challenges and thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same!
Here's what you need for this restaurant management position:
- 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Previous experience as a Front of House Manager
- Basic knowledge about P&L statements
- Leadership skills and passion for customer service
- Full availability for all shifts, including some night, weekend, and holiday hours
