DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR RESTAURANT MANAGER
In this food service position, you are the captain of the ship who ensures our customers only have positive and memorable experiences with us. You are the enthusiastic leader who guides our team and inspires them to go above and beyond for our customers. Every day, you interact with our customers to build local relationships and promote our brand.
You also handle the behind-the-scenes work to keep our business successful. Attentively, you manage our profit and loss (P&L) statements and generate ideas for meeting our financial goals. Strategically, you think of ways we could increase sales, profitability, and guest counts. You train new and current staff on the best customer service practices as well as create effective work schedules. You love knowing that your contributions make our restaurant better!
