We’re seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team at Boomer Veterinary Hospital. This role is perfect for someone passionate about client service, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service Leadership: Recruit, train, and oversee front office staff, ensuring compassionate and professional client interactions. Handle escalated concerns with care.
- Billing & Accounts Management: Manage invoicing and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Collaborate with leadership on payment policies.
- Referral Coordination: Oversee referral programs, maintain strong partnerships with referring veterinary practices, and streamline communication.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth front office workflows, collaborate with medical teams, and support marketing efforts. Oversee scheduling, client communication, and records management.
- Team Collaboration & Urgent Care Oversight: Lead regular team meetings and foster a positive, team-oriented environment. Be on call during future urgent care hours (5 PM – 10 PM) to support staff as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling, billing, and customer management software.
- Flexibility to be on call during future urgent care hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
