Duties
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical collections.
- Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with clients about pet care and treatment options.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Provide support in kennel duties as needed, including animal care and monitoring.
