As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, provide information about different strains and their effects, and ensure a positive and safe experience for all customers.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about product pricing, potency, and effects
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register balances
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Adhere to all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's experience
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure
