Boomerangs is hiring an experienced bartender - part or full time is available

We are a busy neighborhood bar and grill as well as a popular place for entertainment, local cover bands, karaoke nights, trivia nights, etc.
High earning opportunity , must be able to use POS systems, multi-task and be comfortable taking care of some tables and dining room customers as well.
Reliability and honesty are two traits that are necessary to be successful at Boomerangs, calling out without covering shifts or giving drinks away OR* 'forgetting' to ring things, etc. are something we do not tolerate.
Our core bartenders have worked here for years, we would like to add another core person to the team as we grow and get consistently busier. Even our week day evenings we often find ourselves with a full restaurant and bar creating a good opportunity for high-volume bartenders.

Job Title: Bartender
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including equipment and utensils
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
