Main Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned attractions according to company policy, state and federal regulations, and safety protocols.
- Explain and enforce attraction rules and safety regulations, including age and height restrictions as needed.
- Maintain and issue proper equipment for the attraction (if necessary).
- Monitor attraction operations while controlling the ride and assist guests safely.
- Prevent unauthorized personnel from starting rides or assisting guests.
- Inspect attractions and notify management immediately if mechanical or electronic issues are present.
- Address emergency situations promptly and inform supervisors or managers on duty.
- Collaborate with area supervisors to ensure guest and team member safety.
- Provide excellent guest service and respond to inquiries.
- Offer first aid assistance if certified and inform area supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in assigned areas.
- Complete other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Be 16 years old or older with reliable transportation.
- Prior experience in guest service is beneficial, with a proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction and handle concerns.
- Demonstrate ability to calculate, count, read, and comprehend.
- Show capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Be able to see, hear, talk clearly, and write legibly.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Represent the organization professionally to the public.
