Job Description
This role involves ensuring the safety and smooth operation of attractions at our park. As an Attractions Attendant, you will be responsible for:
- Operating assigned attractions in accordance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and safety protocols.
- Ensuring guests comply with attraction rules and safety regulations, including age and height restrictions.
- Maintaining equipment and reporting any mechanical or electronic problems to management.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in the guest service industry, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to calculate and count, read, and comprehend written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
