Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks while adhering to food safety standards.
• Manage transactions and handle payments with precision.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service and casual dining environments
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
• Proficiency in using POS systems
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Sales experience with a track record of upselling
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
• Basic math skills for POS transactions
