General Accountabilities:
- Provides prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to casino guests.
- Maintains accountability for all cash receipts, complimentary charges, drink tokens, room charges, and issue banks.
- Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events, and services. Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
- Interacts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, professional, and friendly manner.
- Serves tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by supervisor.
- Clean, organize, and stock glassware, coffee, water, beverage napkins, ashtrays, and straws.

Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience a plus.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the duration of shift.
- Excel at working independently and as part of a team.
- Must obtain a Bossier ABO and LACT.
