- Serves food, drinks, and offers upgrade options to guests.
- Assists with cleaning tables as necessary.
- Provides friendly and efficient service to all guests in assigned food and beverage outlet.
- Displays a thorough knowledge of all menu selections and daily specials.
- Answers questions and make suggestions.
- Must be able to stand for a full shift.
- Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customer of fellow cast members.
- Any and all duties as assigned by a member of leadership.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a full service restaurant preferred.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends, as needed.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must successfully complete applicable alcohol service training.
- Must have ability to memorize menus or scripted materials.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear. The Team Member is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch and taste or smell. The Team Member must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
