Fun Center Attendant

Join our team as an Arcade Attendant at the Fun Center! In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring guests have a fantastic time while assisting with arcade game play, managing prize redemption, helping at the snack bar, and operating attractions. This is a fun, fast-paced environment where you’ll get to interact with guests, work as part of a team, and contribute to creating lasting memories for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist guests at the prize redemption counter, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.

Operate arcade games and attractions, providing instructions and assistance to guests as needed.

Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the arcade and prize counter.

Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving any issues in a timely and friendly manner.

Promote a fun and safe environment for all guests while keeping an eye on safety protocols.

You’d make a great Arcade Attendant if you:

Are at least 18 years old.

Consider yourself a “people person” who enjoys meeting and interacting with others.

Enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating to create an enjoyable atmosphere.

Are dedicated to providing excellent guest service and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

Take pride in your work and are committed to high-quality service.

Are open to learning new things, especially when it comes to operating the latest arcade games and attractions.

Can maintain composure and stay organized in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.

Keep your workspace clean and organized to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Have strong communication skills and can interact effectively with guests and team members.

• Have reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older.

Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Previous customer service or arcade experience is a plus but not required.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
