Position: Attendant
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive experience while visiting our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with their belongings and escort them to their assigned areas
- Monitor guests to ensure they are comfortable and have everything they need
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about our facility and services
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for guests
- Report any issues or concerns to management
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
