We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Security Officer Lead to join our team. As a Security Officer Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our facility and personnel. The ideal candidate must have exceptional leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of the facility and its personnel
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security and prevent theft and vandalism
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Train and mentor security personnel on proper security protocols and procedures
- Maintain positive relationships with law enforcement agencies and other emergency responders

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Must possess a valid driver's license
