Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to, staffing, inventory, ordering, and financial reporting
- Ensure that all food and beverage operations are in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for all staff members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Some casual fine dining preferred
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within a steakhouse or fine dining restaurant
- Proven track record of managing a team and achieving financial targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
