Boon has an exciting career opportunity for a Retirement Plan Account Advisor. The Retirement Plan Account Advisor is responsible for Day-to-Day service and client satisfaction for our Retirement Plan book of business.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as primary contact for client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal team members to address client concerns and questions in a prompt and attentive manner.
- Research retirement plan-related questions and draft client response.
- Assist clients with Form 5500 data collection and timely filings.
- Compose client communication campaigns.
- Conduct annual enrollment meetings and provide participant-level administrative support.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address issues.
- Schedule client meetings, develop call agendas and draft call summaries with action items.
- Identify risks of client attrition and implement solutions to increase client retention.
- Display logical, work-oriented, and analytical thought processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
