What you will do
- You'll host birthday parties for children, including setup, cleanup, and attending to the party
- You'll play a visible role in exceeding our guests' expectations through excellent delivery and guest service
- You'll prepare the event room for the event
- You'll set up, maintain, and replenish multiple buffet lines
- You'll serve guests and perform post-event clean up
- You'll communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times, making guests feel appreciated
- You'll anticipate guests' needs and be alert for guest signals to promptly acknowledge the guest
- You'll remove dishes and glasses from tables and take to kitchen for cleaning
- You'll perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
