Job Responsibilities :
- Must be able to work two of the three weekend days
- Take, prepare and serve all beverages and / or food orders placed by guests
- Welcome each guest personally
- Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel appreciated
- Remove dishes and glasses from bowling lanes and take to kitchen for cleaning
- Process payment transactions thanking guest by name
- Maintain, on an ongoing basis throughout the shift, the cleanliness of the bowling areas
- Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked
- Perform other duties as assigned and / or directed by park management
- Must be detail oriented and dedicated to providing exceptional service
