What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests with package and pricing options.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and accurately handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including cashier stations and redemption counters.
- Ensure accurate cash drawer balances by counting cash at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Answer guest questions and provide information on policies, procedures, and park attractions.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Always maintain a friendly, courteous, and team-oriented attitude.
