Job Responsibilities
- Greet guest, welcome them to Boondocks Food & Fun
- Explain package and pricing options, park height requirements and help guest decide what will work best for their visit.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Answer guests' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
- Assist at redemption counter
- Resolve guest concerns
- Thank guest for coming, wish them a fun rest of their day
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Savvy with computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment
- Basic reading and mathematical skills, handle money and give correct change
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
- Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented
- Well-groomed and neat appearance
- Enjoys working in a team atmosphere
- Enjoys working through problems with systems and come up with solutions
- The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast pace environment
- Availability during the weekends due to the majority of business occurs on Saturdays and Sundays
- Run it like you own it, maintain a clean work area
