What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Manager/Bartender/Server position at Boondox Bar and Grille?
Looking for an evening Front of House Manager / Bartender / Server.
Managing 4pm to midnight at least twice a week and then bartending or serving as needed.
Will be running between the patio, inside the restaurant and Back Forty event center to ensure customers are happy and being taken care of.
Helping out where needed during busy times.
Supervising servers, bartenders and kitchen staff. Making sure staff has completed all their closing duties.
Cutting staff as needed as business slows each night.
Moving and changing kegs.
Stocking cases of beer and liquor as needed.
Ability to interact with all people in a professional manner and handle all types of situations.
At least 2 years of bartending experience required.
Pay will be discussed upon interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
