As a Project Manager at Boone Contracting, you'll take the reins on managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and company quality expectations.
- Address and resolve project challenges, maintaining a focus on deadlines and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on job sites, minimizing risks and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of residential and commercial construction.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend preferred but not required) and MS Office Suite.
- A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus, but not required if you have significant on-the-job experience.
- Ability to lead teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
