Responsibilities: Provides customer service and administrative support for the department. Performs accounting duties related to department budget. Performs research and data analysis. Assists with data entry and processing employee transactions. Assists with recruitment, benefits, payroll, and risk management duties. Assists with training and education related to human resources and risk management. Attends meetings and takes minutes. Assists with social media updates and routine communication.
Status: Full-time, non-exempt, benefited Working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and three years administrative support experience; or an equivalent combination of post-high school education and experience; ability to type 50 wpm.
Preferred Skills: Human resources and/or hiring and recruitment experience. Customer service experience.
Starting Hourly Pay Range: $17.60 - $22.00 per hour.
