Overview
Job Summary:
Coordinates performance improvement and patient experience initiatives, providing guidance, education and assistance in the development, implementation and measurement of projects related to patient experience. Coordinates on-going customer/patient relations program and develops components to ensure excellent customer service in alignment with Boone Health’s Mission and Standards of Excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides facilitation and support to teams and departments related to Patient Experience initiatives using a variety of tools such as FMEA, RCA, Lean, Change Leadership, Kepner-Tregoe and others.
- Provides consultation and support to teams and departments related to Patient Experience, service recovery and regulatory guidelines.
- Utilizes, manages, and manipulates multiple data registries and warehouses to assist customers in determining best practices while achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Promotes and supports patient experience initiatives throughout the organization.
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degrees: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: < 2 years
- Supervisor Experience: None
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degrees: Master’s Degree
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Supervisor Experience: < 2 years
- Licenses & Certifications: RN
