Responsibilities
- Provide general patient assessment, recognizing complications and implementing radiation safety measures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on best practices and advancements in radiology nursing.
Requirements
- BLS/BCLS certification.
- IV Insertion, PICC/Central Line Management, Vascular Device Access/Care, Tele Interpretation, Cardioversion/Defibrillation, Procedural Sedation, and Circulate skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Schedule Information
Rotating call M-F 1630-0730 and S-S 0700-0700, including holidays.
