Here's what you will be doing in the role:
The AR Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and reconciliation of client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical skills and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate customer invoices or statements ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable balances, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports and analysis as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and professional staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal controls, regulations, and company policies. Support internal and external audits as needed.
- Work on special projects when assigned by management.
- Perform other administrative support tasks as required, including clerical tasks, photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
What you bring to the role:
- High school diploma or equivalent; required
- Associate degree or Bachelors degree, preferred
- Two (2) or more years’ experience in accounts receivable/billing department.
Software:
- Familiarity with any ERP financial systems (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Experience in the professional services industry preferred.
