Client Experience Associate

Our Client Experience Associate is the forefront of our BOOST Health and Wellness location and play a vital role in sales, customer service experience, and maintenance of the space’s aesthetic. We offer science-backed wellness services designed to optimize physical and mental recovery, boost immunity, and increase vitality. Our services include: Cryotherapy, Cold Plunge, Infrared Saunas, Red Light Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Compression Therapy, PEMF and more. We collaborate closely with fitness centers such as: Equinox, SoulCycle, Barry's Bootcamp, Club Pilates, F45 and more.

What the Client Experience Associate Entails:

• Ensuring every client has an exceptional experience by warmly greeting clients and assisting them with booking services
• Checking-in and out client sessions on our POS system - creating client profiles in our point of sale system 
• Administering services 
• Conducting guest tours of the space, selling service packages and memberships
• Keen on keeping a clean space 
• Must work on one of the weekend days

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Client Experience Associate:

• You're passionate about health and wellness
• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a fitness, wellness or retail service field 
• Communication and collaboration is one of your strong suits
• Display a genuine interest in helping other people
