Boost IV is a leader in IV therapy and wellness solutions, dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health and vitality. With an established flagship location in Portland, OR, and plans to open a second store soon, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven General Manager to oversee operations at both locations.
As the General Manager, you will lead and inspire teams, ensure operational excellence, and drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional client experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our brand and bringing wellness to more communities. There will be both profit-based bonuses and an equity opportunity as well.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations at both stores, ensuring a seamless client experience and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain workflows, protocols, and systems to optimize business performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare and safety regulations.
Team Management
- Oversee hiring, training, and management a high-performing team, including nurses, receptionists, and support staff. Clinical training will be delegated to the lead nurse in each store.
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes staff growth and retention.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
Client Experience
- Uphold a client-focused approach, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.
- Monitor client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets and financial performance, including profit-and-loss accountability.
- Analyze key performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Business Growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and grow membership programs to drive recurring revenue.
- Build community partnerships to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Expansion Support
- Play a key role in the successful launch and scaling of the second store.
- Oversee hiring, setup, and operational alignment with Boost IV’s established standards.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of management experience in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality.
- Experience managing multi-location operations is a plus.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen, including budget management and P&L analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with operational and scheduling tools.
- Passionate about wellness and client care.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $37/hour
- Additional Pay:
- Tips and member sign-up bonuses (average effective hourly rate: $50/hour)
- Quarterly bonus: 10% of store profits
- Equity: 5% ownership, vesting after 5 years
