Role Overview :
We are seeking a commission-only Outbound Sales Manager to develop, nurture, and close business opportunities across all outbound efforts. In this role, you will work directly with the President of the company along with other key members of our team. Our target customer is any local service business in the United States, with an estimated TAM of tens of millions. Knowledge of marketing for local businesses is a requirement for this position. Commission is $1,000 per customer.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, nurture, and close opportunities across outbound channels (cold outreach, networking, etc.).
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and present proposals to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with team members across service teams and marketing to relay product development opportunities based on customer needs and feedback.
