Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our diverse clientele. Your ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will be essential in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will engage in outbound calling and assist with various client services while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. We are offering hourly plus commissions we also pay weekly and is urgently hiring
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support through phone
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide assistance.
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services to potential customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple languages is required; candidates are preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Experience in customer support or client services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and computerized systems.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.
